My builder was liquidated at frame stage. Before I found Ellari Homes, I reached out to around 20 builders. Most of them declined to take over incomplete projects, and the quotes I received were often unreasonably high and required additional payments beyond VMIA’s Quantum decision. Some even seemed more focused on money than on understanding my desperate situation, which was quite disheartening.
While I didn’t personally know anyone at Ellari Homes before requesting a quote, director Damian was always proactive in our conversations. He promptly prepared any necessary documents, even when they were requested by VMIA, ensuring that things progressed as smoothly as possible.
