A base price is typically a starting figure for the standard home only. It often covers the core build with standard inclusions, but many important items are not included until later.

  4. We prepare your fixed price quote with transparent provisional sums for unknown underground conditions (like rock). You only pay what’s actually required, and any unused allowance is credited back.
  5. Once accepted, we move to contract and provide a clear build program and start date.

    Once you’re happy to move on, you receive a detailed contract for signing and various documentation for approval. We then coordinate permits and approvals for your building surveyor and obtain your building permit so construction can begin.
  4. Construction and quality checkpoints
    Your site supervisor coordinates trades and materials to keep your build moving smoothly and delivered to a high standard. We complete internal quality checks and inspections so every stage is reviewed before moving forward.
  5. Handover and beyond
