Your first visit to Studio E forms part of your free consultation with Ellari Homes. While we get to know you, your project and your vision, you’ll have the opportunity to explore Studio E and see what’s possible for your home.
Rather than simply walking through a display home, you’ll experience our standard inclusions alongside upgrade options – from ceiling heights and doors to colours, finishes and fixtures – giving you a clearer understanding of the colour selection process before your formal colour appointment.
Visit 2 – Finalise your selections with expert guidance.
Before construction begins, we’ll welcome you back to Studio E for your formal colour appointment. Before your visit, your colour consultant will explain what to expect, answer any questions and send you our internal and external colour catalogues, giving you time to explore your options or gather inspiration beforehand.
During your appointment, they’ll guide you through your colour selections, finishes, fixtures and upgrade options, helping you bring your vision to life in a way that reflects your style and suits your budget. By the end of your appointment, you’ll feel confident in your selections and ready for the next stage of your building journey.

How the colour selection process works.
Step 1 – We book your appointment
When you’re ready to finalise your colour selections, we’ll schedule your colour appointment at Studio E and send through a calendar invitation.
Step 2 – Your consultant calls ahead
Before your appointment, your colour consultant will call to explain how the process works, what to expect and how to come prepared. If you have inspiration images, saved photos, a mood board or ideas you love, you’re welcome to bring them along. If you’re not sure where to start, we’ll help guide you with colour boards and a short questionnaire so we can better understand your personal style before the day.
Step 3 – You receive our colour catalogues
At least a week before your appointment, we’ll send through our external and internal colour catalogues so you can explore colours, tones, finishes and upgrade options in your own time.
Step 4 – We touch base the week before
Your colour consultant will touch base before your appointment to review any inspiration or ideas you’ve shared. This helps us tailor the session to your style, preferences and overall vision for your home.
Step 5 – Your colour appointment
During your dedicated appointment, your colour consultant will guide you through your internal and external selections, including colours, finishes, fixtures, fittings, textures, standard inclusions and upgrade options. Some upgrades may be priced on the day, while others may need to be quoted after the appointment and confirmed with you before they are added to your project.
Step 6 – You leave with your selections confirmed
By the end of your appointment, your selections will be recorded and brought together clearly, ready for the next stage of your build. You’ll also leave with a sample of your selected colour scheme, helping you feel confident and excited about the home you’re creating.

No, not at all. Your first visit to Studio E is exploratory as it’s during your initial consultation with Ellari Homes. You will get to look around and see what’s possible. Your formal colour appointment happens later when you return to finalise your external and internal selections with our experienced colour consultant.
That’s what we’re here for. If you have no direction yet, your consultant will send through our colour boards and a short questionnaire before the appointment to help identify your personal style and tastes. Coming in with even a rough idea of what you’re drawn to is enough.
Yes. We encourage you to bring any inspiration that helps show the style, colours or feeling you want for your home. This might include Pinterest boards, Instagram saves, screenshots, magazine images, photos of interiors you love or even examples of colours and textures you are drawn to. These help your colour consultant guide the appointment and tailor the selections to your style.
Most colour selection appointments run for a few hours, depending on the size of the home, the level of detail and the number of upgrade options being considered. Your colour consultant will give you a realistic timeframe before your appointment so you know what to expect.
Yes. Most clients bring their partner, a family member or someone they trust to help with the decision-making process. Because colour selections shape the look and feel of your home, it can be helpful to have the people involved in the home included in the appointment.

If something needs more time, such as an upgrade that requires pricing or further confirmation, we’ll follow it up after the appointment.
