In July 2021, our clients embarked on a journey to build their dream home, only to face a significant hurdle nearly two years later when their builder went into liquidation. Our team stepped in at the fit-off stage, where we encountered a series of challenges, including mould in two rooms, necessitating comprehensive treatment and remediation. We also tackled the replacement of plasterwork, timber, and carpet in specific areas, alongside rectifying all external defects and repairing sewer and drain damage underground.
