In the established suburb of Keilor, our clients began their journey to build a dream home through a knockdown rebuild. Unfortunately, their previous builder went bust at the slab stage, leaving them with an unfinished project and uncertain future. That’s when Ellari Homes stepped in to save the day.

Taking over from the slab stage, we faced unique challenges, including working around existing powerlines in a developed area—no small feat. The project was a stunning split-level home featuring beautiful upgrades and bespoke finishes that truly reflected the clients’ vision.

Our team, led by Construction Manager Tas, worked closely with the clients every step of the way. Open communication and collaboration were key as we navigated the complexities of the build, ensuring that every detail met their expectations.
