In May 2021, our clients took a significant step towards their dream of owning a double-storey home, only to face a major setback nearly two years later when their builder went bust. With the project in limbo, half-finished at the lock-up stage and plaster work incomplete, they turned to us in their time of need.

Upon taking over the project, our immediate assessment revealed more than just incomplete work; we discovered the underground drainage was installed incorrectly and damaged. It was a critical issue that required immediate rectification to prevent future complications.
