Built in Melbourne’s north using our Lysterfield 22 floor plan, this four-bedroom home was designed with long-term value in mind. The layout includes two living areas, two bathrooms and a walk-in pantry, creating a practical home that appeals to a wide range of future tenants. Wide hallways and higher 2590mm ceilings also help create a spacious, comfortable feel throughout.

To meet the latest National Construction Code requirements, the home also includes seven-star energy efficiency features, including solar panels, an electric heat pump, light-coloured roof tiles and double-glazed windows where required.

Durable flooring, neutral finishes and quality fixtures complete the home, creating a modern space that’s both attractive and easy to maintain.

While Andrea was pleased with the finished home, he says it was the experience throughout the build that stood out most.

Communication was another standout.

“The weekly reports from your team, from Tas, sending pictures and updates every week… everything’s been special.”
